Website Data Entry / Quality Assurance

We are currently accepting applications for a Website Data Entry & Quality Assurance Associate to work in our Orange County location. Job requirements include but aren't limited to:

  • Excellent computer skills (especially Mac)
  • Ability to read, write & understand the English language (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of musical instruments & equipment
  • A basic knowledge of HTML (CSS, Javascript & Server-side languages are a plus).
  • Graphic design skills are a plus (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)

Customer Service Associate - Rockland County

We are currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Associate to work in our Rockland County location. Job duties include but aren't limited to:

  • Creating customer invoices
  • Operating cash register
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting and assisting customers


Candidate must be friendly, out going and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferable as well as a working knowledge of musical instruments and basic computer skills. Must have transportation and willing to work a flexible schedule which includes mornings, evenings and weekends.
