Dear Mr. Shepherd:
Just a short note to let you know how pleased I was with the service given to me
by Josh in your DJ/Live Sound Department. This man was wonderful.
l'm a middle-aged galwho came out of dance retirement to teach line and
couples dancing. I wanted to get equipment in place for both lessons and
dances. I had zero knowledge walking into your store about audio equipment.
Josh started with "Audio 101," explaining how everything worked, then
proceeded to put together a total package for me. He was able to keep it within
my budget and he explained in great detail how to assemble it all when I got it
home. So, for starters, I was impressed with him from the very beginning. Not
once did he ever make me feel like the non-technical person that I am.
Itook my equipment home...and promptly sprained my ankle...so dancing has
been out of the question...until this week. And of course, when I went to
assemble all the cables, etc., it was a nightmare for me. lt had been a month
since the purchase. So I called Josh, and much to my amazement, he was able
to walk me through hooking everything up over the phone. I could not believe it!!
And, again, he was just plain nice, courteous, respectful, helpful...l never once
felt like he talked "down" to me at all. Just a super, top notch employee and a
valuable asset to your store.
At my class last night, everyone was checking out the new equipment and
wanting to know where I got it. I was very quick to give out your store's
name...and I told them to be sure and ask for Josh. l'm sure that one teacher
that was there is going to get a headseUwireless mic and speaker.
Anyway, just wanted you to know, he was a great salesman!l Thank you. I love
Jean P PA
