Once again the best customer service of any on line retailer on the planet. I purchased a so called "used" Sheng Liu #6 violin. It came with a case, a real nice brand new carbon fiber bow, an extra set of strings and an extra tail piece with four tuners. Only thing not included was lessons. Packed securely and out the door the next day to across the country. This may be the last of this brand they are carrying but it is a steal. Excellent woods and craftsmanship. Very nice violin sound and loud. It plays like butter. Can't say thanks enough to you all at Alto Music.
