You’ll receive a quote within 24–48 hours. If accepted, we’ll provide an RMA number and shipping instructions. Choose between a check or store credit toward future gear.

Ship or bring us your gear
Pack your gear carefully, insure it, and ship it with your preferred carrier to the address on your RMA—or bring it to us. *Alto is not responsible for inbound shipping damage.

Get paid
Once inspected, your payment check or store credit will be issued promptly.
