Based on a vintage 1965 Strat, this Fender Custom Shop head-turner is loaded with upgrades, from headstock to endpin. A hand-selected Alder body and AAA-rosewood fingerboard are enough to get any player's attention, but that’s just the start. Finished in teal-green lacquer with a matching headstock and tinted AA flame maple neck, this Strat looks great coming and going. Medium vintage jumbo frets on the compound radius fingerboard support easy action up to the 21st fret. Three Fender Custom hand-wound ‘65 pickups controlled by a 5-way toggle and push-pull tone pot (defaults to position 4) provide vintage tone with outstanding versatility.
