The Yamaha Intermediate Bb Tenor Saxophone is designed for students who are looking to transition from a student model horn into one that is able to accommodate their advancing abilities.  The design of the YTS-480 was heavily influenced by the high-end Yamaha saxophones, and features highly accurate intonation, a warm tone and a quick response.  This intermediate saxophone is lightweight, durable, and comes with a high quality 62-style neck that is usually found only in professional saxophones and gives players a more mature sound.
